How We're Serving Kids During COVID-19


When schools closed, so did our after-school program–where we bring healthy exercise to kids. Whether you’re a parent of kids taking virtual classes or are working from home yourself, you understand how taking breaks to move your body really helps your brain.


Our mission of using functional fitness to create community-minded kids is more important than ever. During the coronavirus pandemic, we are connecting with kids virtually.


Kids receive a video from our coaches every week with encouragement and exercises to do at home. Cardio, squats, deadlifts, and most importantly, connection with their coaches help kids develop socially, cognitively, and physically.
